Where to start…… You may have noticed a wee update to our banners. The end of this month marks the 2yr anniversary of the opening of Resonance. It also marks just over 5 yrs that the current staff have been working on sites together - an amazing feat in this digital, move onto the next thing age. I am always humbled by the sharing of talent here. I am grateful for the opportunity to write with all of you and to strive to give you a world worth writing within. I am thankful there are old farts out there like me that like a little creative fantasy in their lives, who want a slower paced "home" that lets them explore their own fantastical creations. I am appreciative of the respect writers give eachother here, both in sharing talent but in being patient with teaching others or waiting for threads because we understand everyone here puts real life before their online one. I want to pause and take a moment to thank profusely the 3 die hard writers that stuck it out with us staff when this place was only dirt on a planet, who waded through the quagmire of change with us and came out the other side swinging. You know who you are. Thank you. I can't possibly express enough gratitude to my fellow staff members. For your patience, your creativity, your dedication, and your "too stubborn to die" mantra that we three seem to have turned into our campaign platform! Pal - your input into the world and commitment to character reviews is amazing - you are as keen as anyone to keep the "story" of Resonance intact by protecting the characters already within it, and those about to be - often times from themselves . Atti - bless you and your art talent! The site look is entirely thanks to you. I love that I can give you an "I sorta would like x" and what I get is a masterpiece of creativity I had never even considered. Thank you also for your ability to build worlds within worlds in your plot vices and for inviting me along for the ride. I am very fortunate to have such amazing compatriots in this adventure - I have said it before and I will say it again - I wouldn’t do this without you. And to our newest writers joining us in the fray! Thank you so much for seeing a glimmer of what we think makes this place amazing, for hitching up a wagon on our train to see how the ride goes. I hope you find a second "home" here that you too feel is worth hanging onto and fighting for. To all - Thanks for the years that have come and gone. Thank you even more for those yet to come. Zeph
